On March 6, 2020, Thursday, the Fordham IPED Community held it’s annual Alumni Networking Night. The event was held at the 12th Floor Lounge of Lowenstein Building at Fordham’s Lincoln Center Campus.
Students, faculty and IIPED alumni in the New York and general tri-state area attended the event. During the program, four alumni joined the panel discussion to share their professional journey towards their current career. The alumni panelists were Ian Nathan (IPED ’95) of Global LNG (Liquid Natural Gas), Maria Anokhina (IPED ’13) of MITEX, Fan Zhang (IPED ’13) of KPMG and Tony Shaowei Cai (IPED ’14) of Goldman Sachs.
During the program, students receiving funding for the summer were also awarded of their fellowship grants. Dr. Jonathan Crystal, Fordham’s Vice Provost, gave the closing remarks for the event.
We thank all the alumni, students and faculty who were able to attend the networking night. This was one of the last in-person events held on campus for Spring 2020 prior to the closing of campus due to Covid 19. We hope that we continue to see more alumni in our other upcoming events, when circumstance allow us to finally get together again.
