The event was held at the 12th Floor Lounge of Fordham’s Lowenstein Hall in midtown Manhattan overlooking Lincoln Center. Our speakers were: Ms. Constance Handley (IPED Class of ’97), Import Compliance Specialist, US International Trade Administration; Mr. Carl Crowley (IPED Class of ’94), Director of Market Intelligence, Thomson Financial/Carson; and Mr. Sushil Raj (IPED Class of ’00), Grants Administrator – Human Rights, Ford Foundation.
Professor Jonathan Crystal awarded the Language Immersion Study Awards to Ms. Geraldine Alexandra Arias ($4,600 to study French in France) and to Mr. Gregory Bastian ($3,600 to study Spanish in Bolivia). We thank the Alumni Association for their generous support of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
